The Bell District will transform Bell Boulevard into a vibrant, walkable destination that serves as the heartbeat of Cedar Park. This unique mixed use development has been designed with true revitalization in mind. The land west of Bell Boulevard between Buttercup Creek Boulevard and Park Street will be dramatically redeveloped, rejuvenating one of the oldest, primary corridors in the city.
During a city-wide comprehensive planning process in 2014, the community expressed a strong desire to see Bell Boulevard revitalized. This led to the formation of a public/private partnership between the City of Cedar Park and RedLeaf, a master developer known for creating transformative communities.
Filled with local restaurants, retail and recreational options, The Bell District is a new destination that will bring people together to celebrate the best of Cedar Park.
Restaurants and Retail
The Bell District will feature a curated mix of dining and retail partners, bringing together everything Cedar Park wants in its own backyard. With more than 60,000 square feet of retail and neighborhood commercial, The Marketplace at Bell will provide a daytime getaway and a nighttime escape for visitors and residents alike.
The Marketplace will be positioned on the south side of the district, surrounding a great lawn shaded by 100 year-old pecan trees. Two blocks of high-density residential space with ground-floor retail will offer endless local favorites and familiar shopping options for visitors to explore.
Gather, host and reimagine life in Cedar Park with The Residences at Bell. The Bell District will offer both high-density housing options and brownstones for those who want the comfort of personalized living with the convenience of an urban lifestyle.
Phase 1 of development will include two residential buildings paired with ground-floor retail extending Bell’s abundant amenities and natural environment.
Community is at the core of The Bell District. As part of RedLeaf’s public/private partnership with The City of Cedar Park, Bell will feature the City’s new public library, as well as a new 16-acre park connected to The Trails at Bell.

Phase 2 of The Bell District will include approximately 150,000 square feet of Class A office space on the north side of the development, with easy access to 183 and 183A. Just steps away from the best restaurants, retail and recreation in Cedar Park, bring your business to The Offices at Bell and watch productivity and culture soar.
