A new chapter for Cedar Park hospitality is taking shape with the Cedar Park Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, a premier full-service destination being developed by Great Lakes Capital in partnership with NFM and the City of Cedar Park. Located within the transformative CedarView development, the hotel will bring an elevated hospitality, dining, and event experience to the heart of Cedar Park.
Opening in April 2027, the Cedar Park Marriott Hotel and Conference Center will feature 297 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and 29,864 square feet of flexible indoor meeting and event space, including the nearly 10,000-square-foot Cedarview Ballroom. Designed to accommodate everything from large conferences and corporate meetings to weddings, galas, and social celebrations, the hotel will provide Cedar Park with a sophisticated new destination for both business and leisure travelers.
Guests and the local community will also enjoy five distinct food and beverage experiences, including Mâre Coastal Mediterranean, Un Deux Trois Café, Riviera Social Pool Bar, a vibrant lobby bar, and the exclusive M Club. Additional amenities will include a resort-inspired outdoor pool and deck, modern fitness center, and convenient covered garage parking.
