Saridon Stanton Rabb Tourism Manager
Saridon joined the City of Cedar Park in April 2019 as the Tourism Manager in the Economic Development and Tourism Department. She is responsible for the overall development and implementation of strategies focused on the marketing and promotion of Cedar Park as a destination. She has over 15 years of experience in the public and non-profit sector. Prior to joining the City of Cedar Park, Saridon served as Director of Business Retention and Expansion for the Round Rock Chamber, having previously developed under the leadership of the City of Round Rock city management and council. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Texas State University and her Master of Science in Applied Psychology degree from Angelo State University. Saridon earned her Texas Destination Marketer (TDM) certification and is pursuing the Destination Management Specialist certification through the Texas Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus (TACVB). She is currently enrolled in Destination International's Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME) program. She has served as the Treasurer of the Williamson County Economic Development Partnership and the Central Texas Foreign Trade Zone, and currently serves on the Community Investment Council for United Way.

Zachary Lopez Marketing Specialist
Zach joined the City of Cedar Park as Marketing Specialist for the Economic Development and Tourism Department in April 2021. As Marketing Specialist, he is responsible for the design and implementation of marketing materials for both economic development and tourism. Zach has over 4 years of experience in the public sector. Prior to joining the City of Cedar Park, Zach worked for the City of Round Rock’s Marketing and Communications as well as their Sports Management and Tourism Department handling all creative media including photo, video and design. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media degree from Texas State University. He is currently completing his Destination Management Specialist certification through the Texas Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus (TACVB).

Emily Smallwood Administrative Assistant
Emily Smallwood joined the City of Cedar Park as the Administrative Assistant for the Economic Development and Tourism Department in September of 2021. Prior to this position, Emily worked in the private sector for 14 years as a Product Development Manager and Program Coordinator in Round Rock. She holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from Austin Community College. In her spare time Emily enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years, Chad and their daughter. She enjoys reading, outdoor activities and animals of all kinds. She volunteers with the Marble Falls Area Ag Booster Club and the Burnet 4H Horse Club.
