April Walker-Davis began her position as Tourism Marketing Manager on Monday, March 25th and hit the ground running. April brings 12 years of marketing, advertising, and tourism experience most recently as Tourism Marketing Manager in the Village of Salado, Texas. While in Salado, April spearheaded the restructuring of the volunteer program, “Music Friendly Community” reorganization, developed digital marketing initiatives for multiple community events including the Christmas Stroll and began the “Tourism Friendly” certification initiative. A graduate of Texas State Technical College and Tarleton State University, April is completing a Masters program at Texas Tech University. When not at work, April spends time exploring Texas with her husband, daughter, son and Cocker Spaniel, Ranger.

Erin Sera brought her talents to the Tourism field in 2024. Erin possesses a uniquely analytical and adaptable mindset, shaped by her diverse experiences in e-commerce, digital marketing, and advanced welding technology fields where data and precision are key. Her work is characterized by a passion for leveraging data driven analysis to inform creative strategies and provide meaningful insights. Erin values collaboration and believes that combining diverse viewpoints, while being a resource for our community and visitors, leads to the best outcome. She's committed to cultivating an innovative team atmosphere focused on supportive growth and achieving our strategic goals. Off the clock, Erin loves painting or tackling creative projects, cooking ("chef-ing it up"), and spending time with her husband and their adorable chorkie (chihuahua-yorkie mix).
