DOG FRIENDLY HOTELS IN CEDAR PARK

The brand-new Comfort Suites Hotel has friendly staff that are ready to welcome you and your dog. Their hotel rooms are all suites, which means you and your dog will have plenty of room to spread out. It’s also nearby to local pet-friendly restaurants and breweries. (A $30 Pet fee applies)

The cool and modern Hyatt Place is ready to have you and your pet stay in style. All the rooms come with a cozy sofa-sleeper which makes for a perfect corner for your dog to relax. For even more space, you can check into one of their 737 square foot suites that comes with a kitchenette. (A $75 pet fee applies)

The La Quinta Inn Austin-Cedar Park is a dog-friendly oasis in the middle of the city. This hotel is very pet-friendly with no pet fees (just sign a pet acknowledgment form at check-in). La Quinta is not only pet-friendly, but it is also budget friendly and near plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment.

DOG FRIENDLY RESTAURANT PATIOS IN CEDAR PARK

Take your pup to Blue Corn Harvest and dine on some delicious Southwestern Cuisine sourced with local ingredients. Their servers are friendly and attentive and will be more than happy to get your pup some cool water while you dine al fresco.

Cedar Park has plenty of brewpubs with outdoor patios that are very dog-friendly such as Whitestone BreweryThe Dig Pub, and Red Horn Coffee House and Brewing Co. There’s nothing better than enjoying a local craft brew, sampling tasty food and chilling with your dog at these cool and casual spots.

Another local favorite to take your dog to is Moonie’s Burger House. Their outdoor patio is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy classic burgers, shakes and fries. Moonie’s is so good that your dog might start begging for a piece of your burger.

CEDAR PARK DOG PARK 

Woof! Woof! Let your dog off the leash and let them go wild at the Cedar Bark Park. This 5-acre dog park has a natural dog pond for your dog to swim around in, a dog agility area, doggy drinking fountains, a pet shower station and plenty of shaded benches for pet parents to sit at. The park is located within Veterans Memorial Park, so it’s the perfect location to explore with your dog.

PARKS & TRAILS TO VISIT WITH YOUR DOG

Leashed dogs will have a great day walking through some of Cedar Park’s trails and outdoor spaces. Take them for a walk through Brushy Creek Lake Park. This 90-acre park has plenty of walking trails and beautiful scenery to enjoy. If you want to look at some artwork while you take a stroll, head over to the Cedar Park Sculpture Garden. Dotted along the trail are mixed media sculptures created by Texas based artists. The sculptures are on rotating display, so there is always something new to look at.
