Bark Park

We love dogs in Cedar Park. So in honor of #NationalDogDay, we wanted to give a shout-out dedicated to our four-legged friends. Sure, we have several parks around the city like Brushy Creek Lake where you can take your fur baby for a walk or run. But if you really want to take your dog out for a treat, visit the Cedar Bark Park. This five-acre, fenced-in dog park is located in Veterans Memorial Park and is open from sunrise to 10 p.m. (except on Tuesdays, when it is closed for maintenance). It is equipped with all the features your best friend would love, including a natural dog pond, drinking fountains, plenty of room to run freely and dog showers.

Be sure to join us October 14th for the Cedar Bark Festival. Featuring a Pet Talent Show and Costume Contest!

For more information, visit Cedar Bark Park and the next time you visit, be sure to bring your furry friend along for the fun!

Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for all of the insider takes, and don’t forget to use the hashtag #CatchTheFun so we can see what you love to do around town!
